Foster Hall remodeled in Fall 2000 has a reputation for academic excellence and a variety of hall programming. The 198 co-ed residents in Foster are active in campus organizations such as ROTC, Athletics and the House of Student Representatives. Foster Hall is named for R. Houston Foster, a 1904 TCU graduate and a president of the Board of Trustees in 1940-41.
