Getting Started
Whether you are planning a meeting or a summer camp, TCU Conference Services
offers a variety of facilities and accommodations to help you
find exactly what you need. Our office can assist you with a variety of
services based on the type of event you will be planning.

Step-By-Step
Step One
Select dates, alternative dates, and time(s).
Feel free to browse our facilities page and select any facility-type you may
have in mind. Also look through our
planning checklist to assist
you. Be sure to estimate your
attendance.
Step Two
Contact our office with this information in
mind. We will try our best to fulfill your request based on availability
and the purpose of your program. Any additional information such as
catering needs, audio/visual requirements, and special requests can be
communicated at this time.
Step Three
If we can accommodate your request, we will send you
an application, along with information regarding our policies
and procedures. We will also include residential and dining
questionnaires, if applicable. Please fill out and submit all of this
information as soon as possible. If you require catering for your event,
you can contact TCU
Catering at 817-257-5239.

Step Four
After we receive your application, we will go through
the process of approving your event through the various departments on our
campus.

Five
After
your event has been approved, we will execute a General Facilities Agreement.
