Please fill out the chart below with information regarding your summer conference/camp meal requests.  To minimize confusion, please complete a box for each meal between check-in and check-out.  For example, if your group checks in at 4:00 p.m., we will expect dinner on that date to be your first meal.  If your group checks out at 10:00 a.m., we will expect breakfast on that date to be your last meal.  If you do NOT need food service at a particular meal time, please enter an “X.”
