
USE
OF ATHLETICS FACILITIES POLICY
The use of TCU athletics
facilities must be coordinated through the Assistant Director of Athletics for
Facilities Management and/or the Coordinator of Conference Services. TCU students and employees requesting information
may contact the Department of Athletics directly. Individuals or groups external to the University should contact
Conference Services.

The
use of TCU athletics facilities is subject to the following conditions:
1)
The
proposed use of a given facility must be consistent with the design, normal use
and maintenance of that facility.
2)
The
proposed use of a facility must not subject it to abnormal wear and tear or the
likelihood of damage.
3)
The
facility must be returned to its original state at the expense of the user.
4)
All
requirements of Conference Services must be met.

Certain
facilities may not be used or their use restricted. These would include, but are not limited to:
1)
Facilities
available for use by the Department of Athletics only are:
a)
football
practice field,
b)
training
room,
c)
strength
and conditioning areas of the Walsh Complex, and
d)
varsity
tennis courts.
2)
Facilities
having restrictive usage:
a)
Daniel-Meyer
Coliseum may be used only for athletic, educational or ceremonial purposes.
b) Amon Carter Stadium field is to be used for TCU football games and high school playoff games only.
